The Illinois Supreme Court has issued their order in the DAVID W. COOKE, Appellee, v. THE ILLINOIS STATE BOARD OF ELECTIONS et al. (Committee for Frank J. Mautino, Appellant).

Board decision affirmed in part and reversed in part, Cause remanded with directions.
