Washington (AP) — The Byden administration will require nursing home staff to be vaccinated with COVID-19 as a condition for these facilities to continue to receive federal Medicare and Medicaid funding.

Last year, the CMS used similar regulators to ban most visitors from nursing homes to protect their residents.
