KANKAKEE, IL. (ECWd) –
A Kankakee County Judge issued a Temporary Restraining Order against Riverside Hospital and in favor of five nurses, to prohibit the hospital from requiring the COVID shot(s) as a condition of employment. The Healthcare Right of Conscience Act was use in arguments.
A November 19, 2021 Hearing is scheduled to hear arguments for the Injunction.
An interview outside the courthouse can be viewed (HERE), and is posted with permission of Lance Marczak.
The Daily-Journal has a good article on this Order (here).

ReplyStay away from a hospital who’s administration presses “unwavering” allegiance to a Pritzker admin order that relies on disease testing and/or marginally effective mRNA therapy to assure patients healthcare service quality while factually withholding acknowledgement of existing state law. Beware of any hospital in that hospital’s system as well.
