Joseph Bick-Wernert, 49, of the 38500 block of N Munn Road, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested July 19 in Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $30,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 27.
Benjamin P. McCawley, 35, of the 1400 block of W Remington Lane, Round Lake, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested July 20 in the 35700 block of N Ash Street Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 20.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY

Gabriel M. Garcia, 21, of the 25600 block of W Arcade Drive S, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of criminal damage to government property, obstructing a peace officer, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested July 19 in Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $30,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 27.

Mohamed F. Ayachi, 28, of Ypsilanti, Michigan, is accused of criminal damage to property, assault, and was arrested July 19 at North Avenue and Eastwood Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 10.
Jason M. Guevara, 20, of the 3100 block of Gilboa Avenue, Zion, is accused of criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested July 20 in the 38400 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 5.
Carly Hartmann, 25, of the 100 block of Forest Avenue, Fox Lake, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested July 24 in the 24200 block of W Forest Avenue, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was assigned a court date of Aug. 16.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Aurelio Estela Castro, 31, of the 300 block of Kathe Lane, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 20 at Routes 21 and 137, Libertyville. Bond was set at $3,000 and Castro was assigned a court date of Sept. 1.
Australia L. McCully, 34, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, endangering the life of a child, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested July 23 at State Park Road and Coventry Lane, Unincorporated Spring Grove. Bond was set at $3,000 and McCulley was assigned a court date of Aug. 25.
Joseph L. Gipp, 36, of the 0-100 block of Prospect Drive, Lake Zurich, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 23 at Route 21 and Casey Road, Unincorporated Libertyville. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 1.
Maribeth Stokes, 22, of the 9400 block of 2nd Avenue, Cary, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 23 in the 4200 block of Route 83, Long Grove. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 1.
Jodi L. Hannah, 36, of the 4100 block of Beech Street, Island Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested July 23 at Route 176 and Anderson Road, Unincorporated Wauconda. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 1.
Alex Tellez, 24, of the 1500 block of N Oak Avenue, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (75 mph in a 45 mph zone), open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested July 24 at Route 21 and Carter Lane, Libertyville. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 8.
Clifton L. Foster, 43, of the 3000 block of Emmaus Avenue, Zion, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, aggravated driving while license revoked, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested July 25 at Sheridan Road and Ames Avenue, Beach Park. His bond was set at $100,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 9.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

Thomas M. Morley, Jr., 41, of the 17800 block of Winnebago Drive, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated driving while license revoked, and was arrested July 21 in Unincorporated Grayslake. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 28.
William J. Alex, IV, 23, of the 4100 block of Continental Drive, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, and was arrested July 23 at Delany and Wadsworth roads, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $30,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 3.
Ryan W. Tice, 39, of the 200 block of Woodland Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested July 24 at Rollins and Cedar Lake roads, Round Lake Beach. Bond was set at $2,000.

CONTEMPT OF COURT

John J. Gentile, 42, of the 25500 block of W Wacker Drive, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant for contempt of court, and was arrested July 21 in the 36900 block of N Stanton Point Road, Ingleside. His bond was set at $2,200 and he was assigned a court date of July 29.

DRUG INDUCED HOMICIDE

Michael V. Coleman, 42, of the 9700 block of 17th Street, Zion, is accused of having a warrant for drug induced homicide, and was arrested July 23 in the 200 block of W Water Street, Waukegan. His bond and next court date were to be determined in McHenry County at the time of the report.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO RESIDENCE

Amber M. Krak, 38, of the 35300 block of Wilson Road, Ingleside, is accused of having a warrant for criminal trespass to residence, criminal damage to property, and was arrested July 23 at Old Rollins Road and Benjamin Avenue, Ingleside. Her bond was set at $30,000 and she was assigned a court date of Aug. 17.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Javier Vaca, Jr., 36, of the 28500 block of N Sheridan Road, is accused of having a warrant for disorderly conduct, and was arrested July 25 in the 38500 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 29.
