Cook County, Ill. (ECWd) –
Today, the Illinois Appellate Court DENIED Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard’s Interlocutory Appeal of the Restraining Orders issued last week (here and here) by the Cook County Circuit Court.
The TROs removed three Henyard appointees because the board never gave their advice or consent as required under Illinois municipal law.
It also restored Keith Freeman as Village Administrator.

Henyard being protected by Pritzker, Kwame Raoul and Preckwinkle. Typical Illinois Democrat thief. Stealing from Dolton and the citizens of Thornton Township.
